Ice cold Nuka-Cola Quartz is a consumable item in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World. This is a variant of normal Nuka-Cola Quartz that adds more Action Points from the base variant. The only downside is that it can not be used to mix at Nuka-mixer stations. A Nuka-Cola Quartz can be put in Buddy to make it ice cold.

I found a Nuka Cola Display-Rack in The Pack hideout which should have been in the Workshop [Info Inside] After stumbling upon 2 display racks right next to eachother which act like a magazine rack and let's you place 2 rows of 4 bottles, it quickly occured to me that it was obviously a workshop item but I couldn't find it anywhere.
